SHIPPING
All products are shipped within 2 to 5 days via USPS.
International Orders: Customer is responsible for any custom's taxes or fees. I can not lower the value amount.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Seller is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. If these items are returned to us, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If an item is marked as delivered, but did not arrive, we cannot be held responsible. Please make sure the address you provide is secure, in order to avoid any problems. We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I gladly accept returns. (Customer pays for return shipping)
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
After unopened product is received, a full refund will be issued.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds are available if products are returned unused/unopened in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
